This course introduces students to the major events, ideas, and developments in European history from the medieval period to the modern era. Students will study political, social, economic, and cultural changes such as feudalism, the Renaissance, the Reformation, revolutions, nationalism, imperialism, and the World Wars. The course helps learners understand how Europe shaped the modern world.
